Dear Kim, I don't know if you remember me, but I had you do a few personal tarotscopes.....I found great value and benefit from reading those reports and also from reading your weekly predictions. I am glad to know that your are continuing your personal tarotscopes readings--THANKS! Every week I would eagerly look forward to your insight and expert analysis regarding my upcoming events-- helping me navigate the stormy seas of life. They were usually accurate and amongst the best on the internet. I liked reading "in the skies" because I am really into astrology. I especially liked the weekly scopes because they incorporated both concepts. I was also hoping your notoriety would succeed and you would get your magazine deal. You have mentioned it several times so I understand that this was a paramount priority. Most magazines are about drama and sensationalism-- horoscopes are for entertainment. Maybe the headaches associated with a major sponsorship are not worth the time and effort. Sometimes it is best to keep things simple without too many restrictions or hassle. As you probably know well; routinely we have to adjust to life's challenges and begin looking at situations from a different perspective. Long-term goals should remain flexible and contingency plans should always be anticipated. The cosmos is full of cycles and new beginnings. Never discount the achievements you accomplished along your previous path. It may be difficult to know the true impact you have had with your free weekly commentary. I read your comments and sensed your frustration regarding wanting to see your work in a column. And I agree that your TarotScopes are unique enough to generate interest. However, the problem is finding your market. I assume you're looking for a print venue. Yes? Most columnists begin in a small local paper, then expand to syndication. There have been some books published about how to break into syndication. I used to write a monthly column for a smalltown newspaper many years--actually decades now--ago, but now I write novels. So I'm out of the loop with regard to journalism and non-fiction. However, that was my first love and my education, and writers really feel the frustration of other writers. Empathy, I guess....At any rate, I don't know if my comments are helpful or not, but I hope they are at least encouraging. I wish you only the best. I certainly enjoy reading your work online.

We have communicated before, so in light of the message on your Web site, I wanted to give you some encouragement.
You are considering quitting your Web site, given the time requirements and time limitations of it. And that is a very fair consideration.
Let's look at this objectively. What does the Web site cost you? Time, certainly, effort, a demand that probably cuts into your other plans, hosting services of some sort, the sometimes overwhelming commitment of posting a set of sayings that may or may not help anyone and which you are unsure helps you.
What do you benefit? Well, you have a group of virtual friends, or regular readers - perhaps both. It gives you a purpose, a place to use your talents of intuition. And it gives you a vehicle to help. And in this crazy world where there sometimes seems to be more hands out than hands giving back, a lot of people do come to you for information, hope, possibly inspiration. A lot of people need help.
I don't know if there is any value in tarot cards or horoscopes. Of course I read both. And I like yours a lot. I sometimes read my sun sign information and think, "I am such an Aries," and then I believe in it. I think, "There is something to this." But then I meet two people of the same sign, one kind, helpful and struggling to make her life better and those around her better (this is you) and another Taurus who stole the man I loved last year, who is a total slut, is self-absorbed and just so stupid (this woman named Tricia)... and I think if these tarot scopes or horoscopes are true why is a woman like Kim struggling and a woman like Tricia so carefree if their horoscopes are the same?
The conclusion I came to is that it doesn't matter. What matters is that you are trying to make a difference. You are reaching out to give people hope. Is there any real information enclosed... there is if all that person reading your scope needs for the day is a reason to smile, a reason to press on. It doesn't matter if the forecast is correct so long as the result is inspiration. And you provide the inspiration, Kim. You do that. You provide that light.
Keep the faith and let God guide you. He will.

I simply wanted to pass on to you how much I appreciate your insight and your efforts to share your gift. I think that in some ways, when life gets a bit out of control, we look for help. I never would have believed that as a business executive with multiple advanced degrees, I would have found solace and logic in astrology and tarot. I try not to take horoscopes too seriously, just for fun, because they are often vague and seem to apply to anyone despite their actual sign. Usually horoscopes seem fake, and people convince themselves that they are true. But, every once in a while, a horoscope writer comes uncomfortably close to what is happening to a specific sign, and leaves you wondering, "how the hell did they know that". I think your site is like that.

I visit a lot of horoscope sites on the web....actually I've probably been to them all at one point or another. And this is the best site I have found.....I think it is the most accurate place to go!!! This is the only one that's always right......I always agree with everything. Thanx. I believe that my future is what I make of it. However lately your tarotscopes have been like a slap in my face waking me up and making me smell the coffee. I was trying to make the scopes mean whatever I wanted to but then I realized that I would never actually change and face my challengers unless I took them exactly for what they meant.
